I became a financial advisor because I love money.
Hopefully, you are not offended by my confession, but it is true. Money allows me to live a lifestyle I enjoy. I love what money allows me to do.
Although truth-be-told, my financial life was not always on point. I spent most of everything I earned foolishly and without a plan. For years, I was more interested in “looking rich” instead of focusing on what I could do to “become rich.” Even though I had great jobs and earned a great income, I did not know what to do with my money. You know what happens when you fail to plan, right? If you answered, “You plan to fail,” you are correct! That is what I did. I failed financially. Because I did not have a financial plan, my dream of becoming financially independent was basically that – a dream. My poor money habits created a life of financial insecurity.
After my car had been repossessed—for the second time—I finally determined that I needed to make changes in my financial life. God’s purpose for me—and for you—is financial success, not failure.
I am on a mission to help women understand that money isn’t immoral nor should it be avoided. Money is a tool which, when properly used, allows you to experience every good thing life has to offer.
